Live it out
For each video, we will respond to the teaching and passage in an embodied way.
This just means that we will do something with our bodies that helps us absorb our video learning into something with the power to transform.
As you “Live it out,” keep in mind:
It’s OK if the activity feels a little weird. Growth happens when we are vulnerable.
You do not have to worry about getting it right. I promise, there is no right way to do any of these embodied activities.
Go slow. These activities should feel like tilling the relational soil with God, not toiling in the hot sun. Relax and enjoy the process.
Ready, set, grow.

Lord, Open my eyes to the very goodness all around me, Amen.

Bring your phone and find something you consider beautiful (tree, person, a crack in the concrete).
Take three pictures of the same thing from three totally different perspectives. Really challenge yourself to see how different each perspective can be.
-
No need to write or respond (except maybe a thanks to God for the beauty you witnessed).
Just keep the pictures for consideration in your final reflection.
