Love it in

Transformation happens in the context of relationships.

Therefore, we will respond to every video with an activity or experience that increases our attunement to (makes us more aware of and connected to) others through acts of vulnerability, solidarity, forgiveness, service, truth-telling, mutual reliance, discovery, sharing, taking opportunities to delight in one another, and participating in community events.

Ready, set, grow…closer

Owning Up

Prayerfully consider something you have done to someone else, big or small, that you have never really taken responsibility for. Call them, or if possible, talk to them face to face, and take responsibility for the way you have hurt them.

If this contact feels totally out of left field (maybe its someone you haven’t talked to in a long time, or a someone who will be surprised that you reached out), you can let them know that you’re doing an exercise for a project and that they are the person God put on your heart to contact.

All of that being said, use discernment. If you think their is a chance that you reaching out will actually cause more pain to the other person,
do not make things worse. This is a relational act, not a chance for you to absolve yourself of guilt.
