Transformation happens in the context of relationships.
Therefore, we will respond to every video with an activity or experience that increases our attunement to (makes us more aware of and connected to) others through acts of vulnerability, solidarity, forgiveness, service, truth-telling, mutual reliance, discovery, sharing, taking opportunities to delight in one another, and participating in community events.

Interview an Elder
For this week, call up older person in your life and ask them if they’d be willing to be interviewed either in person or over phone. Ideally, the person you interview would be 65 or older. (If you are 65 or older, first of all, kudos on pursuing spiritual growth and modeling lifelong faith- also, it’s totally OK to interview a peer.)
Ask the person first: What experiences shaped you life the most?
Then, you can ask things like:
How did you get your name?
What was your childhood like?
What was your family life like as an adult?
What was your job, and was it your calling?
Remember, this is the RELATIONAL exercise. You are not writing a book at the end of the interview. Really focus on listening to your interviewee, and if you want to jot down notes, try to wait until after your time together.
