Live it out
For each video, we will respond to the teaching and passage in an embodied way.
This just means that we will do something with our bodies that helps us absorb our video learning into something with the power to transform.
As you “Live it out,” keep in mind:
It’s OK if the activity feels a little weird. Growth happens when we are vulnerable.
You do not have to worry about getting it right. I promise, there is no right way to do any of these embodied activities.
Go slow. These activities should feel like tilling the relational soil with God, not toiling in the hot sun. Relax and enjoy the process.
Ready, set, grow.

Lord, Thank you for the ways you are always bringing new life to your very good creation. Amen

The direction of this activity depends on where you are in your journey with Jesus. So pick the activity that fits you best.
If you are already baptized: Remember your Baptism
If possible, go to the place for your Baptism , sit, rest and spend time thanking God for bringing you into new life as part of his family.
Or else, Go somewhere you can submerge your whole body: Pool, bathtub, safe body of water, and even your shower if that’s all you’ve got. Go all the way under the water, and thank God for bringing you into new life as part of his family.
If you are NOT baptized: Take the next step
If you’re ready, get baptized: If you’re part of a Chrisitan Community already, ask leadership about their process and get started. If you’re not in a community, start the process of finding a church that feels like home.
If you’re not ready yet: Go somewhere you can submerge your whole body: Pool, bathtub, safe body of water, and even your shower if that’s all you’ve got. Go all the way under the water, and ask God to help you to know and follow when he calls you into the water.

Whether this experience is incredibly meaningful, or just feels totally weird, you’re probably going to remember how it felt when it coms time to reflect. Even still, if you feel like it would be helpful to take down a few notes or take pictures, save them for reflection.
